羊皮制革企业生产废水处理工程设计

【摘要】：分析了辛集市制革区某羊皮制革企业生产废水的水质特点,采用"含硫水、含铬水先分别预处理再与其他水综合处理"的设计思路,综合废水生化系统采用AO处理工艺,出水水质满足辛集市制革区关于制革企业排污控制指标的要求,即COD≤500 mg/L、NH_3-N≤15 mg/L、总铬≤1.5 mg/L,并且出水氨氮严于《制革及毛皮加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 30486—2013),即NH_3-N≤70 mg/L。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the characteristics of water quality of a sheepskin factory in Xinji tannery area, and adopts the design idea of "sulfur water, chromium-containing water pretreatment first and then integrated treatment with other water", and AO treatment process is adopted in the comprehensive wastewater biochemical system.
