羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)生产废水处理工艺设计

【摘要】:本设计为山东某化工厂HPMC生产废水的处理系统工程设计。HPMC生产废水具有高COD、高含盐度、低BOD5的特点,一般处理方法很难处理。本工程进水COD不大于6000mg/l,出水水质要求COD不高于70mg/l。本工程设计的主要内容包括:污水处理工艺的选择,工艺的设计,附属构筑物的设计,污水站的总体布局,建筑与结构设计,调试与化验分析等。其中,污水处理工艺选择预处理——水解酸化——厌氧——生物接触氧化——生物滤池法,出水水质达到城市市政污水排放标准的一级排放要求,接入城市污水管网。
[Abstract]:This design is designed for the treatment system engineering of HPMC production wastewater in a chemical plant in Shandong Province. The wastewater has the characteristics of high COD, high salinity and low BOD5, so the general treatment method is very difficult to treat. The influent COD of this project is not more than 6 000 mg / l, and the effluent quality is not higher than 70 mg / l. The main contents of this project design include: sewage treatment process selection, process design, subsidiary structure design, general layout of sewage station, building and structure design, debugging and laboratory analysis, etc. Among them, the wastewater treatment process selected the pretreatment-hydrolytic acidification-anaerobic-biological contact oxidation-biofilter process, the effluent quality reached the first class discharge requirement of the municipal sewage discharge standard, and connected to the municipal sewage pipe network.
