基于灰色关联TOPSIS模型的武汉市环境承载力评价及障碍因子诊断
[Abstract]:From the three aspects of economic environment, social environment and ecological environment, 19 indexes are selected to construct the evaluation index system of environmental carrying capacity. The environmental carrying capacity of Wuhan City from 2000 to 2013 is analyzed by using the grey relational TOPSIS method. The obstacle factors affecting the environmental carrying capacity are diagnosed by the degree of obstacle. The results show that: (1) the overall level of environmental carrying capacity of Wuhan City from 2000 to 2013 is rising, and the comprehensive index is increased from 0.3099 to 0.5494; (2) from the sub-index, the economic and environmental carrying capacity, The social environmental carrying capacity and the ecological environmental carrying capacity are increasing in different ranges. (3) in the long run, the economic environmental carrying capacity is the primary factor affecting the environmental carrying capacity in Wuhan. The obstacle degree of economic environmental carrying capacity and social environmental carrying capacity increased at an average annual rate of 0.45% and 2.26% respectively during the study period. However, the obstacle degree of ecological environmental carrying capacity decreased at an average annual rate of 11.66%. (4) the main obstacle factors affecting environmental carrying capacity in Wuhan included per capita investment in fixed assets, GDP per capita, total retail sales of consumer goods per capita and so on.
