圆盘干化机载气处理工艺的优化探讨

【摘要】:污水处理设施产生的污泥应进行稳定化、无害化处理处置。污泥单独干化焚烧工艺与其他主流处理处置工艺相比,在先进性、可靠性、安全性、经济性、占地面积、处置彻底性等方面均具有较大优势。针对当前国内使用较为广泛的圆盘干化机进行分析,提出了圆盘干化机载气处理的工艺优化设计方案。该方案可显著减少圆盘干化机载气的排放量,为载气在污泥单独干化焚烧项目中的焚烧处置提供了可能。
[Abstract]:Sludge produced by sewage treatment facilities should be stabilized and treated without harm. Compared with other mainstream treatment and disposal process, sludge drying and incineration process alone has great advantages in advanced, reliability, safety, economy, occupation area, disposal thoroughness and so on. Based on the analysis of disc drying machine which is widely used in our country at present, the process optimization design scheme of disc drying airborne gas treatment is put forward. This scheme can significantly reduce the emissions of airborne gas from disk drying, which provides the possibility for the incineration and disposal of carrier gas in the sludge drying and incineration project alone.
