基于多层次灰色聚类模型的河流健康综合评价研究

【摘要】:随着经济社会的快速发展,人类加大了对河流的开发利用,但由于保护不够或滥加利用,许多河流出现了不同程度的污染、断流等问题。河流生态系统的退化,不仅产生了河流的生态危机,而且也影响河流社会功能的发挥。河流与人类生活息息相关,河流的健康关系到经济社会有序、健康、可持续的发展。河流健康评价研究可以为河流管理提供决策依据。本文从河流健康的概念出发,构建了河流健康评价指标体系和多层次灰色聚类综合评价模型,并选取实际流域进行初步研究,本文的主要工作内容和研究成果如下:(1)根据河流健康的基本理论,结合研究区域的实际背景,构建了三级递阶层次结构的河流健康评价指标体系。指标体系分为目标层、准则层和指标层。目标层代表河流健康的整体状况。准则层分为“水文情势、河流结构、水环境、水生生物、社会服务”5个方面的内容。指标层选取了16个不同特性的指标。指标以定量为主,定性为辅。确定了相关评价指标的表征方法和相应的评价标准。(2)比较多指标综合评价方法的优缺点,构建多层次灰色聚类综合评价模型,给出该方法的具体应用步骤,即确定聚类灰类,由中心点三角白化权函数计算聚类系数,最终得到综合聚类系数,根据最大值原则,确定河流健康状况的等级。比较层次分析法和熵值法的优缺点,应用博弈论的数学方法将两种计算方法进行优化和组合,组合赋权得到的权重更加合理。(3)针对研究区域綦江河流域的实际情况,对多层次灰色聚类模型进行了实例应用。得到河流的评价结果是綦江河流域的河流健康状况是“健康”状态。河流的形态结构因素处于“病态”,河流水环境,水文情势、水生生物、社会服务因素处于“健康状态”。通过对綦江河流域河流健康问题的分析,验证了多层次灰色聚类综合评价模型的可行性与合理性。最后,提出相应的建议和措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the economy and society, human beings have increased the exploitation and utilization of rivers. But because of the lack of protection or indiscriminate use, many rivers have appeared in different degrees of pollution and disconnection. The degradation of the river ecosystem not only produces the ecological crisis of the river, but also affects the social function of the river. The river and human life are also affected. The health of rivers is closely related to the orderly, healthy and sustainable development of the economy and society. The river health evaluation research can provide the decision basis for the river management. In this paper, the river health evaluation index system and the multi-level grey clustering comprehensive evaluation model are constructed from the concept of river health. The main work and research results of this paper are as follows: (1) according to the basic theory of river health and the actual background of the study area, the river health evaluation index system of three hierarchical hierarchical structure is constructed. The index system is divided into target layer, standard layer and index layer. The target layer represents the overall health of river health. 5 aspects of "hydrological situation, river structure, water environment, aquatic life, social service". The index layer selects 16 different characteristics. The index is based on quantitative analysis and qualitative is supplemented. (2) the advantages and disadvantages of multi index comprehensive evaluation method are compared, and multi layers are constructed. The concrete application steps of this method are given by the sub grey clustering comprehensive evaluation model, that is to determine the clustering grey class, calculate the clustering coefficient by the triangle whitening weight function of the central point, and finally get the comprehensive clustering coefficient. According to the maximum value principle, the health status of the river is determined. The advantages and disadvantages of the layer analysis and entropy method are compared, and the number of game theory is applied. The study method optimizes and combines the two methods of calculation, and the weight gained by combining empowerment is more reasonable. (3) in view of the actual situation of the Qijiang River Basin in the study area, the multi-layer grey clustering model is applied. The result of the river evaluation is that the river flow health status of the Qijiang river basin is "healthy" state. The structural factors are "sick", river water environment, hydrological situation, aquatic life and social service factors are in a "healthy state". Through the analysis of the health problems of the rivers in the Qijiang River Basin, the feasibility and rationality of the multi-level grey clustering comprehensive evaluation model are verified. The corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward.
