新型磁性复合有机海泡石对双酚A的吸附试验研究

【摘要】:本论文采用磁性复合有机海泡石对水体中典型内分泌干扰物双酚A进行了吸附试验研究,这对目前受内分泌干扰物质污染的水体治理具有一定的现实和指导意义。通过对天然海泡石进行磁改性与有机改性,制得了新型水质净化功能材料——磁性复合有机海泡石。在磁性复合有机海泡石对双酚A的静态吸附试验中,当双酚A初始浓度为30mg/L,初始p H=10,投加量为1g/L,以180r/min转速于25℃恒温振荡箱中反应90min时,磁性复合有机海泡石对双酚A的去除率达到86.41%,吸附量为25.92mg/g。采用浓度为0.1mol/L的Na OH对吸附后磁性复合有机海泡石再生2h,再生后的海泡石对双酚A的去除率可达57.94%。准二级反应动力学模型可以很好地描述磁性复合有机海泡石对双酚A的吸附动力学行为。磁性复合有机海泡石对双酚A的吸附初始阶段发生了颗粒内扩散。吸附活化能为11.7k J·mol-1,属于化学吸附范围。Freundilich等温方程能更好地描述磁性复合有机海泡石对双酚A的吸附热力学行为,吸附更符合吸附剂表面不均匀吸附的特点,焓变值ΔH=-1.70 k J·mol-10,自由能ΔG0,磁性复合有机海泡石对双酚A的吸附为自发放热反应。熵值ΔS(3.93 J·mol-1·K-1)为正值,表明吸附过程中吸附体系的自由度变大。经磁性复合有机改性后海泡石的比表面积由49.67m2/g减小至18.55m2/g,等电点由9.70减小至9.10。磁性复合有机海泡石具有良好的超顺磁性,饱和磁化率为14.1 emu.g-1,矫顽力为39.1Oe。电镜扫描、FT-IR红外、XRD以及XPS分析显示,采用磁性复合有机改性的方法可制得负载Fe3O4磁性粒子和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)的海泡石;海泡石改性过程与吸附双酚A的过程均在海泡石表面进行。磁性复合有机海泡石对双酚A的吸附是由离子交换主导,结合分配作用与静电引力共同作用完成的。
