偏远地区水质调研方法的模拟对比实验研究

【摘要】:针对偏远地区水环境评价时水样的采集、运输、保存等难以满足国标法中的要求,以CODCr、TP、氟化物等为研究指标,在实验室内对样品保存环境、运输条件、检测时间等各影响因素进行模拟评估试验,探索有效的技术方案。研究表明,在调p H2和4℃静置保存1 d的条件下,国标法和便携仪器法对CODCr的测试结果保持一致,若因条件限制无法4℃保存,可在调p H2和常温静置保存1 d,用便携仪器也基本满足测试要求。总磷测试需对水样现场加酸处理,常温保存运回检测地24h内完成测试,远距离运输保存时间不要超过3 d,运输过程中摇动以及短暂的升温对总磷含量影响不大。氟化物的测试可在采样后不调p H常温保存两周内完成测试。另外,研究发现,便携式仪器法测成分复杂的水样时局限性较大。
[Abstract]:The collection, transportation and preservation of water samples in remote area water environment assessment are difficult to meet the requirements of the national standard method. Taking CODCr-TPand fluoride as the research index, the sample preservation environment and transportation conditions are studied in the laboratory.
