绿色勘查理念:认知、探索与实践

【摘要】：绿色勘查是绿色发展理念在地质勘查领域的实践,是以绿色发展为目的,通过科学理念、技术手段创新,以地质勘查全过程的"绿色化"、"生态化"为主要内容和途径,最大限度地减少勘查工作对生态环境的扰动和影响,实现保护生态环境和保障资源供给双赢。树立和践行绿色勘查理念,是关系地质勘查行业的一场深刻变革,意味着对传统勘查思路和方式的转变。本文分析了绿色勘查现状和形势,提出了绿色勘查是系统工程的重要性,需采取多措并举,统筹推进的实施方针。列举了将绿色发展理念和生态环境保护贯穿于地质勘查立项、设计、施工和验收全过程。如:在勘查手段选择、驻地选址、物料堆存、废弃物处置等方面,最大限度减少对生态环境的扰动;勘查工作中尽可能采用以钻代槽,使用一基多孔、一孔多支、一孔多用的新型钻探方法;减少道路、机台建设和设备搬迁次数;开展探槽回填、植被恢复等措施。通过列举示范实例,强调全面推进绿色勘查,总结和推广绿色勘查典型经验、技术装备和先进理念,加快建立和完善绿色勘查相关规范和标准。
[Abstract]:Green exploration is the practice of the concept of green development in the field of geological exploration. It aims at green development, innovates through scientific ideas and technical means, and takes "green" and "ecological" in the whole process of geological exploration as the main contents and approaches. The disturbance and influence of exploration work on ecological environment are minimized, and the win-win situation of protecting ecological environment and ensuring the supply of resources is realized. To establish and practice the concept of green exploration is a profound change related to the geological exploration industry, which means the transformation of traditional exploration ideas and methods. This paper analyzes the present situation and situation of green exploration, and points out that green exploration is the importance of system engineering. The concept of green development and the protection of ecological environment are listed in the whole process of geological exploration project establishment, design, construction and acceptance. For example, in the selection of exploration methods, site selection, storage of materials, waste disposal and so on, the disturbance to the ecological environment is minimized. A new multi-purpose drilling method for one hole; measures to reduce the number of road, machine construction and equipment relocation; to carry out grooving backfilling, vegetation restoration and so on. By enumerating the demonstration examples, the author emphasizes the promotion of green exploration in an all-round way, summarizes and popularizes the typical experience, technical equipment and advanced concepts of green exploration, and speeds up the establishment and improvement of relevant norms and standards for green exploration.
