一株铜绿微囊藻溶藻菌的分离鉴定和溶藻特性

【摘要】:以铜绿微囊藻为溶解对象,从富营养化水体中分离到1株溶藻菌H1,通过形态特征及16S rDNA序列分析,该菌株属寡养单胞菌属(Stenotrophomonas sp.),GenBank登录号为KU359254。探讨了菌株H1对铜绿微囊藻(FACHB-1326)的溶藻方式,菌藻浓度、菌的生长时期及光照、pH、温度等环境因子对铜绿微囊藻溶藻效果的影响。结果表明,菌株H1溶藻方式主要是间接作用溶藻。处于对数期的菌株H1抑藻效果最高,溶藻率达77.9%;菌液浓度达10~8 CFU·mL~(-1)以上,溶藻率最高,为81.8%;在pH7、30℃条件下,活性较强;pH7时30℃条件下,溶藻率为72.5%,63.2%;菌株H1对微囊藻生长的抑制效果是全黑条件光循环条件全光条件,全黑条件下溶藻率最高为59.9%。
[Abstract]:Using microcystis aeruginosa as dissolution object, a strain of H1 was isolated from eutrophic water. According to morphological characteristics and 16s rDNA sequence analysis, the strain belongs to (Stenotrophomonas sp.) GenBank accession number is KU359254.. The effects of environmental factors, such as strain H1 on microcystis aeruginosa (FACHB-1326), algae concentration, growth period, pH of light and temperature, were studied. The results showed that the main way of algal dissolution of strain H _ 1 was indirect action. Strain H1 at logarithmic stage had the highest inhibitory effect on algae, the algae dissolution rate was 77.9%, the concentration of bacteria solution was more than 108 CFU mL~ (-1), the highest algae-lysing rate was 81.8%, and under the condition of pH7,30 鈩,
