基于生态足迹理论的重庆市生态环境保护研究

【摘要】:直辖以来,重庆市经济建设取得了巨大成就,城市化、工业化迅速发展,人民生活水平不断提高。但与此同时,重庆市的生态环境也在不断恶化,耕地减少、水土流失、区域能源短缺、大气污染、水体污染等问题频频发生,已经严重影响到重庆市的可持续发展。经济建设与生态环境协调发展已经成为重庆市当前面临的重要课题。生态足迹法将消费资源和人类生活产生的废弃物转化为生物生产面积。由于生态足迹法易于操作、可以对生态环境作出定量分析,因此它被广泛应用于生态环境的持续性和安全性的评价当中。本文以重庆市为研究对象,通过查阅1998-2013年的《重庆市统计年鉴》、《中国统计年鉴》等资料,采用生态足迹模型,对重庆市1997-2011年间的生态足迹进行了相关计算,并根据计算结果,分析了重庆市生态足迹、生态承载力以及生态赤字的变化趋势,研究了在重庆市经济建设进程对生态环境造成最大影响的因素。然后采用万元GDP生态足迹、生态足迹多样性和生态经济系统发展能力三种指标,对重庆市的生态环境发展能力进行分析。最后结合重庆市生态环境现状,提出保护重庆市生态环境的措施。
[Abstract]:Since its direct jurisdiction, Chongqing has made great achievements in economic construction, urbanization, rapid development of industrialization, and the improvement of people's living standards. But at the same time, the ecological environment of Chongqing is deteriorating, the cultivated land is decreasing, soil erosion, regional energy shortage, air pollution, water pollution and other problems occur frequently, which has seriously affected the sustainable development of Chongqing. The coordinated development of economic construction and ecological environment has become an important subject in Chongqing. The ecological footprint method converts the waste produced by consumption resources and human life into biological production area. Because the ecological footprint method is easy to operate and can make quantitative analysis of the ecological environment, it is widely used in the evaluation of the sustainability and safety of the ecological environment. This paper takes Chongqing as the research object, through consulting the data of Chongqing Statistical Yearbook from 1998 to 2013 and China Statistical Yearbook, using the ecological footprint model to calculate the ecological footprint of Chongqing from 1997 to 2011, and according to the calculation results, This paper analyzes the changing trend of ecological footprint, ecological carrying capacity and ecological deficit in Chongqing, and studies the factors that have the greatest influence on the ecological environment in the process of economic construction in Chongqing. Then the ecological footprint, diversity of ecological footprint and development ability of eco-economic system were used to analyze the ecological environment development ability of Chongqing. Finally, combined with the current situation of ecological environment in Chongqing, the measures to protect the ecological environment of Chongqing are put forward.
