福建省稻米铅污染状况的调查与评价
[Abstract]:In order to understand the pollution of rice lead in Fujian Province, the lead content in 395 rice samples from 118 rice varieties in 40 counties (cities and districts) of Fujian Province was investigated, and the total lead and available lead contents in the corresponding topsoil samples were also investigated. The evaluation and analysis are carried out. The results showed that: (1) the total lead content of soil was between 4.70,849.6 mg kg~ (-1), and the content of total lead in most soils was lower than that of the second grade standard (250 mg kg~ (-1), pH) < 6.5), and the content of available lead (DTPA) in soil was between 1.81 mg kg~ (-1) and 210.0 mg kg~ (-1). (2) the average content of lead in brown rice was between 0.04 mg kg~ (-1) and 0.23 mg kg~ (-1), which exceeded the second grade standard (DTPA effective lead < 28 mg kg~ (-1) in Fujian Agricultural soil heavy Metal pollution Classification Standard, (2) the average content of lead in brown rice was between 0.04 mg kg~ (-1) and 0.23 mg kg~ (-1), and the average content of lead in brown rice was between 0.04 mg kg~ (-1) and 0.23 mg kg~ (-1). The highest content of lead in brown rice was 0. 57 mg kg~ (-1), and the lead content in 23. 3% of brown rice exceeded the national limit of lead in rice (0. 2 mg kg~ (-1). (3). The average effective basal enrichment coefficient of lead (soil-brown rice) was between 0.003 and 0.159. There is a big difference. It can be divided into three categories: high enrichment (the enrichment coefficient of effective quantity is greater than 0.05), medium enrichment (the enrichment coefficient of effective quantity is between 0.01 and 0.05) and low enrichment (the enrichment coefficient of effective quantity is less than 0.01). (4) the pollution degree of lead in brown rice in the investigation area is obviously higher than that in soil. It is likely that the atmospheric lead deposition in some survey areas has a certain effect on the accumulation of lead in rice, which should be paid more attention to.
