轧制油泥的再生综合利用

【摘要】:轧制油泥是钢铁生产过程中的副产品,主要由金属颗粒、水和废油组成。随着中国钢铁行业的快速发展,每年都会产生大量的轧制油泥。因为它会对水源或者土壤造成危害,轧制油泥已经成为一个巨大的环境问题。如果可以好好利用,不仅有利于环境保护,还可使资源得到重复利用。轧制油泥分为上层轧制废油与下层油泥两部分,针对这两部分分别采取不同的方式进行处理。首先对于上层轧制废油,采用絮凝为主其他方法为辅的方法对其进行再生。以阳离子聚丙烯酰胺为絮凝剂,通过正交试验筛选的优化最佳絮凝条件为:废油:阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量比=5:1、搅拌时间=30mmin、搅拌温度=25℃、搅拌速率=700 r/min、废油:20%碱量=5 ml/g。通过絮凝处理后,废油的物理性质明显改善。随后,进行减压精馏、减压蒸馏、吸附精制等操作,最后对过滤+絮凝+蒸馏、过滤+絮凝+精馏、过滤+絮凝+白土精制三条工艺进行技术经济比选。而针对轧制底泥,我们首先采用“碱液+超声”的方法对其进行除油,并考察碱液的浓度、碱液与底泥的比例以及超声时间对金属回收率的影响,最佳的除油条件是:碱液浓度为5%,碱液:底泥--6:1、超声时间为25mmin,对应的回收率为63%。分析结果表明,处理后的固体金属粉末形状蓬松,分散性好,其主要成分为铁、铬、镍、锰的单质金属元素及其氧化物,这四种元素含量在70%以上。之后将这种含铁的金属粉末作为铁源制备Fe2O3/graphene复合材料,并用作阳极电池材料,在电流密度为100 mA/g下,恒流充放电100圈后,锂电容量仍达560mAh/g,并且在2000和5000mA/g的高电流密度下,容量仍达508和380mAh/g。
