基于GOCI的海洋倾废遥感监测方法研究

【摘要】:海洋倾废是利用海洋环境的自净作用处理废弃物质从而减轻陆地污染程度的有效方法,但与此同时也引起了海域内悬浮泥沙含量的增加,进而影响水体的光学性质及近岸海域冲淤变化;沿海地区经济的迅速发展和海洋倾废活动的增加给海洋环境造成了巨大的压力,因此对倾废区内悬浮泥沙浓度进行监测有利于海洋倾废活动的监督管理。传统的悬浮泥沙监测方法耗时耗力,难以全面、及时的监测海域内悬浮泥沙浓度变化;遥感技术因大面积同步监测的优势而被广泛应用,近年,新型的地球同步轨道卫星成功发射运行,其高时间分辨率优势弥补了极轨卫星传感器重访周期较长的缺陷,可追踪监测倾废区海域的悬浮泥沙浓度的连续变化,进而分析倾废活动引起的环境影响,也可以对非法倾倒进行监督管理。本研究以海州湾倾废区为例,基于FLAASH模块对GOCI影像进行大气校正处理,并根据现场实测光谱和GOCI等效波段遥感反射率之间的相关关系建立模型,开展悬浮泥沙浓度遥感反演研究;将模型应用于倾废区海域,对倾废区海域悬浮泥沙浓度的短时间连续变化和长时间序列变化结果进行综合分析;结果表明:基于GOCI第四和第七波段等效遥感反射率比值为遥感因子建立的反演模型精度较高,RMSE为12.06 mg/L, MRE为25.4%,将其应用于研究区域后制作的产品专题图,可以较好的反映海州湾悬浮泥沙分布及变化状况,进而分析倾废活动对海域产生的长、短期影响,综合GOCI反演结果可知海州湾内航道工程倾废活动的频繁进行引起了海域短期内悬浮泥沙浓度的骤增,与周围背景水体差异较大,但随着倾废力度的减小及海域内水动力作用,使得倾废区内水体恢复较好,没有对海洋环境造成严重影响,也进一步证明了GOCI的高时间分辨率优势对海洋倾废连续性监测具有重要的意义和作用。
[Abstract]:Ocean dumping is an effective way to reduce the level of land-based pollution by using the self-purification of marine environment to treat waste materials, but at the same time, it also causes the increase of suspended sediment content in the sea area. The rapid economic development of coastal areas and the increase of ocean dumping activities have put great pressure on the marine environment. So the monitoring of suspended sediment concentration in dumping area is beneficial to the supervision and management of ocean dumping activities. Traditional methods of suspended sediment monitoring are time-consuming and labor-consuming, so it is difficult to monitor the variation of suspended sediment concentration in a comprehensive and timely manner. Remote sensing technology has been widely used in recent years because of the advantage of large-scale synchronous monitoring. The successful launch and operation of the new type of geosynchronous orbit satellite has made up for the defects of the revisiting period of the polar orbit satellite sensor due to its high temporal resolution advantage, and it can track and monitor the continuous variation of suspended sediment concentration in the sea area of the dumping area. Furthermore, the environmental impact caused by dumping activities can be analyzed, and illegal dumping can also be supervised and managed. Taking the dumping area of Haizhou Bay as an example, the atmospheric correction of GOCI image is carried out based on FLAASH module, and the model is established according to the correlation between the field measured spectrum and the remote sensing reflectance of GOCI equivalent band. The remote sensing inversion of suspended sediment concentration is carried out, and the model is applied to the sea area of dumping area, and the results of short continuous variation and long time series variation of suspended sediment concentration in dumping area are analyzed synthetically. The results show that the inversion model based on the ratio of the fourth and seventh bands of GOCI, which is a remote sensing factor, has a high accuracy, and a RMSE of 12.06 mg/L, MRE is 25.4. The model is applied to the product thematic map made after the study area. It can better reflect the suspended sediment distribution and variation in Haizhou Bay, and then analyze the long-term and short-term effects of dumping activities on the sea area. The results of GOCI inversion show that the frequent dumping activities in Haizhou Bay waterway cause a sharp increase of suspended sediment concentration in the sea area in a short period of time, which is quite different from the surrounding water body, but with the decrease of the dumping intensity and the hydrodynamic effect in the sea area, It also proves that the high temporal resolution advantage of GOCI is of great significance and function to the continuous monitoring of ocean dumping.
