剩余污泥厌氧共消化技术研究现状及应用趋势
[Abstract]:The target of carbon neutralization in sewage treatment plant resuscitated the process of anaerobic digestion of excess sludge to produce CH4. However, the amount of excess sludge depends on the concentration of organic matter (COD) in the influent, and the low carbon source of sewage in China makes it impossible to completely meet the target of carbon neutralization operation by converting energy from surplus sludge. The results show that "112" energy conversion can be achieved by anaerobic co-digestion of organic waste and excess sludge, which provides a potential energy source for carbon neutralization operation of sewage treatment plants in China. On the basis of brief introduction to the characteristics of anaerobic co-digestion of excess sludge, the experimental research on co-digestion of seven typical exogenous organic wastes with excess sludge was summarized. At the same time, six examples of co-digestion of sewage treatment plants with carbon neutralization operation abroad are listed, which fully illustrate the engineering application prospect of co-digestion of exogenous organic waste and excess sludge. Although the current environmental policy of our country limits the engineering process of anaerobic co-digestion of sludge, the co-digestion of sludge with kitchen waste, municipal pruning of plants / trees, excrement of aqua latrines and other substrates will be the future research direction of co-digestion. It is also a comprehensive solution to the actual needs of municipal organic solid waste.
