陕北富县污水厂升级改造工艺方案设计研究

【摘要】:本文以陕西省富县城区生活污水处理厂实际运行效率为研究对象,采用氧化沟处理工艺,该污水厂于2010年10月投产运行。水厂建成初期设备运行正常,出水水质基本达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级B标准,但随着城区污水管网普及率的提高,进水水量不断增大,出现水质也不达标,尤其是NH3-N和TP严重超标。通过对污水厂收集管网的前期分析调查,对污水水质的主要污染物进行分析,发现主管道存在渗漏,导致进水主要污染物浓度较低,碳源不能满足后续生物处理的要求,处理后出水不能达标。实测进水水质SS、COD、BOD5、NH3-N、TP的平均浓度分别为:87mg/L,133mg/L,61mg/L,25.1mg/L,2.38mg/L;实测出水水质SS、COD、BOD5、NH3-N、TP的平均浓度分别为:16mg/L,52mg/L,16mg/L,19.3mg/L,1.08mg/L。针对该水厂实际运行中出现的问题,对污水处理厂处理构筑物、设备、出水水质及水量调查分析,提出改造方案。一是对原有的污水收集管道进行维护,不污染沿途的地下水和河道;二是对原有的生物处理工艺氧化沟不再做更替,只做调整,使其正常运行,以期使得污水出水水质能满足一级B标准,同时对原来的二级处理水进行三级处理,即污水的深度处理。经过对“曝气生物过滤(BAF)反应池—纤维转盘滤池”、“混凝沉淀—浸入式超滤膜”和“混凝沉淀—纤维转盘滤池”三种组合工艺进行比较,选用出水水质好、运行成本低、投资少的“混凝沉淀—纤维转盘滤池”组合工艺作为本次设计的深度处理工艺,处理出水能满足一级A标准。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the actual operating efficiency of the municipal sewage treatment plant in Fuxian County, Shaanxi Province, was studied. The oxidation ditch treatment process was adopted, and the wastewater treatment plant was put into operation in October 2010. At the initial stage of water treatment plant, the equipment is running normally, and the effluent quality is basically up to the first class B standard (GB18918-2002) of the Municipal sewage treatment Plant. However, with the increasing of urban sewage pipe network popularization, the influent water quantity is increasing. Through the preliminary analysis and investigation on the collection pipe network of the sewage plant, the main pollutants of the sewage quality are analyzed. It is found that there is leakage in the main pipe, which leads to the low concentration of the main pollutants in the influent, and the carbon source can not meet the requirements of subsequent biological treatment. After treatment, the effluent does not reach the standard. After comparing the three combined processes of "biological aerated filtration (BAF) reactor-fiber rotary plate filter", "coagulation sedimentation-immersion ultrafiltration membrane" and "coagulation sedimentation-fiber rotary plate filter", the effluent quality is good and the operation cost is low. The "coagulation sedimentation-fiber rotary plate filter" combination process with less investment is used as the advanced treatment process in this design. The effluent can meet the first class A standard.
