城镇小型污水处理厂工艺设计研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国的城镇化随经济发展不断提高,越来越多的人由农村涌向城镇,推动城镇经济发展,使得小城镇的数量发生骤增。伴随着城镇化进程的加快和经济的不断发展,小城镇的水环境也面临着严重的污染。为了避免走“先污染,后治理”的老路,配合我国可持续发展战略的完成,我们要研究出适合中小城镇的污水处理工艺,使得中小城镇的人能获取安全的水源,保证工业农业以及生活用水,并将污水处理到符合国家标准的要求。本论文以陕西省某城镇镇区污水处理厂设计为例,对小城镇污水处理工艺进行研究。首先,根据参考对比的方式确定该城镇污水处理厂的进水水质;其次根据该污水厂出水需要达到的标准,通过分析比较得出该厂处理工艺;并对工艺进行分析研究计算,得出下列结论:(1)本项目研究就一期水量为1000m3/d的污水规模进行研究,排放标准满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918 2002)一级A标准。(2)本项目通过对氧化沟工艺、倒置A2/O工艺、传统SBR工艺进行比选,最终确定采用倒置A2/O处理工艺。运用“泥龄法”计算倒置A2/O工艺得出,缺氧、厌氧、好氧段的水力停留时间(HRT)分别为:3.82h,1.9h,15.26h;单池体积分别为:79.5 m3、39.7m3,317.9m3。(3)采用新型离子滤布滤池进行过滤。(4)消毒剂采用二氧化氯(ClO2),去除各种细菌、病原菌等微生物。(5)本项目设计水量较小,为了保证脱氮除磷的高效性,采用倒置A2/O工艺,确定了相关构筑物的参数,为同类型城镇小型污水处理厂提供了参考。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the urbanization of our country has been improving with the development of economy, and more people are flocking from the countryside to the towns, promoting the development of the urban economy, which makes the quantity of the small towns increase sharply. With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of economy, the water environment of small towns is also facing serious pollution. In order to avoid the old road of "pollution first, then control", and with the completion of the sustainable development strategy of our country, we should develop a sewage treatment process suitable for small and medium-sized cities and towns, so that people in small and medium-sized towns can obtain safe water sources. Ensure industrial, agricultural and domestic water, and sewage treatment to meet the requirements of national standards. In this paper, the design of sewage treatment plant in a town of Shaanxi province is taken as an example to study the process of sewage treatment in small towns. Firstly, the influent water quality of the sewage treatment plant is determined according to the way of reference and contrast, and then according to the standard of the effluent from the sewage treatment plant, the treatment process of the plant is obtained through the analysis and comparison. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the scale of wastewater with the first phase of 1000m3/d is studied in this project. The discharge standard meets the first class A standard of GB18918 2002. (2) this project compares and selects the oxidation ditch process, the inverted A2 / O process and the traditional SBR process. The inverted A _ 2 / O treatment process was finally adopted. The hydraulic retention time (HRT) of anoxic, anaerobic and aerobic stages was calculated by "mud age method" in inverted A _ 2 / O process. The HRT of anoxic, anaerobic and aerobic sections were 3.82 hU 1.9hU 15.26h; The volume of the single cell is 79.5 m ~ 3 ~ (3) m ~ (3) ~ 39.7m ~ (3) m ~ (3). (3) A new type of ion filter is used to filter. (4) the disinfectant chlorine dioxide (ClO2) is used to remove all kinds of bacteria. (5) in order to ensure the high efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal, the parameters of related structures are determined by inverted A _ 2 / O process, which provides a reference for the small sewage treatment plants of the same type towns.
