基于熵权物元模型的居民区生活垃圾分类收集模式研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的发展,人口逐渐增加,城市生活垃圾产量和清运量不断攀升,生活垃圾带来的一系列问题已成为制约城市发展的瓶颈。通过开展垃圾分类减少城市生活垃圾末端处理量、回收资源、改善城市生态环境是城市可持续发展的迫切要求。我国自2000年开始探索生活垃圾源头分类,在多个城市进行试点,但是仍然存在很多问题。本文首先介绍了国内外城市生活垃圾分类的现状,指出我国垃圾分类存在的问题。城市居民生活垃圾是城市生活垃圾的主要产生源头。我国居民区生活垃圾量大,成分复杂,在传统的混合收集、混合运输、混合处理模式中出现了很多的问题。城市生活垃圾处理用地紧张,垃圾问题带来的环境问题亟待解决。居民区生活垃圾分类的成功推行对于城市生活垃圾实现“无害化、减量化、资源化”具有重要意义。本文以居民区为重点研究对象,分析居民区垃圾特性,探讨我国生活垃圾分类陷入困境的原因。构建居民区生活垃圾评价指标体系,提出了五种垃圾分类收集方案,并通过熵权物元可拓评价模型进行方案选择。以东莞市为例,通过大量调查问卷进行基础条件研究,结合评价模型对东莞市居民区生活垃圾分类收集方案进行实证研究。结果表明,东莞市居民生活垃圾目前应进行干湿分离,分为厨余垃圾和其他垃圾两类。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the population increases gradually, the output of municipal solid waste (MSW) and the quantity of clear transportation are rising, and a series of problems brought by MSW have become the bottleneck restricting the development of the city. It is an urgent requirement for the sustainable development of the city to reduce the terminal disposal of municipal solid waste, recover the resources and improve the ecological environment of the city through the development of garbage classification. Since 2000, our country began to explore the source classification of domestic refuse and carried out pilot projects in many cities, but there are still many problems. This paper first introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign municipal solid waste (MSW) classification, and points out the existing problems of MSW classification in China. Municipal solid waste (MSW) is the main source of municipal solid waste (MSW). There are many problems in the traditional mixed collection, mixed transportation and mixed treatment mode. The disposal of municipal solid waste (MSW) is tight, and the environmental problems caused by MSW are urgent to be solved. The successful implementation of the classification of residential domestic waste is of great significance to the realization of "harmless, reduced and resource utilization" of urban domestic waste. This paper focuses on residential areas, analyzes the characteristics of residential garbage, and probes into the reasons why the classification of domestic wastes in China is in difficulty. In this paper, the evaluation index system of residential solid waste is constructed, and five kinds of garbage collection schemes are put forward, and the scheme is selected by entropy weight matter-element extension evaluation model. Taking Dongguan City as an example, the basic conditions are studied by a large number of questionnaires, and the classification and collection scheme of municipal solid waste (MSW) in residential areas of Dongguan City is studied empirically with the evaluation model. The results show that the household garbage in Dongguan should be separated into kitchen waste and other garbage.
