智能控制气升式SBBR污水处理装置的脱氮效能研究

【摘要】:根据污水同步硝化反硝化原理,在SBR反应器基础上进行改进,设计一体化智能控制气升式SBBR污水处理装置,并在反应器中投加自主研发的电气石陶粒,系统精准调控反应器内部环境参数,考察其对模拟生活污水的脱氮效能。结果表明,15 d系统反应器启动成功,出水COD为15.61 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度为3.9 mg/L,稳定运行期间采用传统厌氧(3 h)/好氧(7 h)/缺氧(1.5 h)工艺条件,COD、氨氮去除率分别达到93%、89%,出水水质完全满足城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)的一级A标准。典型周期内由于同步硝化反硝化作用,其出水氨氮、硝态氮、亚硝态氮质量浓度分别为3.21、1.38、0.577 mg/L,脱氮效能显著。该污水处理装置具有结构紧凑、操作方便、精准控制、节能低耗等优点,适用于小型污水处理及教学实验科研。
[Abstract]:According to the principle of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification of sewage, an integrated intelligent control air lift SBBR wastewater treatment unit was designed on the basis of SBR reactor, and an independently developed tourmaline ceramsite was added to the reactor. The internal environmental parameters of the reactor were accurately controlled and the denitrification efficiency of the reactor on simulated domestic sewage was investigated. The results showed that the reactor was successfully started in 15 d, and the effluent COD was 15.61 mg/L, and the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 3.9 mg/L,. Under the conditions of traditional anaerobic (3 h) / aerobic (7 h) / anoxic (1. 5 h) process during stable operation, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of COD, reached 933 ~ 89%, respectively. The effluent quality completely meets the first class A standard of the pollutant discharge standard (GB18918-2002) of the municipal wastewater treatment plant. Due to simultaneous nitrification and denitrification, the denitrification efficiency of effluent ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen were 3.21 ~ 1.38 ~ 0.577 mg/L, respectively. The sewage treatment device has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, accurate control, energy saving and low consumption, etc. It is suitable for small-scale sewage treatment and teaching, experiment and scientific research.
