活性污泥法污水处理控制系统的智能化改造

【摘要】:随着国家振兴东北老工业基地战略的提出,沈阳的经济再一次实现快速发展,城市规模、人口数量都将不断增加,城市污水量也随之增加,对污水处理能力以及水质提出了更高要求,而现有的污水处理厂智能化程度相对落后,因此,针对陈旧的污水处理技术节能智能改造迫在眉睫。本文针对沈阳某污水处理厂的控制系统进行智能化改造。该污水处理厂采用活性污泥法处理工艺,污水来源主要以城市生活污水为主,该厂对沈阳市民的正常生活起着重要作用。智能化改造的思路是以PLC为控制中心,将采集到的相关信号传输到PLC中,然后根据具体设计要求,对相关的设备进行智能化控制,达到节省人力资源,满足出水水质的要求。该系统智能化改造实施方案是在污水处理厂现有活性污泥法工艺的基础上,对污水处理的三个不同阶段进行检测传感器及仪器仪表的选型,并对控制系统控制器进行了选型;确定每个子系统的工作模式;选用西门子公司S7—200系列PLC作为主控制器对处理过程进行自动控制,并采用STEP7—Micro/Win32软件编制PLC控制程序;利用Lab VIEW图形化编程软件进行工控机上的污水处理厂仿真软件开发,设计污水处理厂的总体布局图以及各子系统的仿真图,实现对各参数的采集并显示;被控设备通过RS485接口与PLC连接,变频器通过USS协议与PLC的通讯;采用嵌入式过程控制标准(OPC)实现PLC与仿真软件之间的通讯,实现工控机对物理参数的实时测控。本文所论及的改造内容以及开发的污水处理软件,并为工作人员开发一套污水处理厂仿真系统,使该污水厂在智能化、安全性和经济性上都得到了进一步的提升,减少了日常运行繁琐管理工作,提高了污水处理系统自动化程度,能够实现规定的一级A排放标准,带来良好的经济效益和社会效益,具有一定应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the proposal of the national strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, Shenyang's economy has once again achieved rapid development. The size of the city and the number of people will continue to increase, and the amount of urban sewage will also increase. Higher requirements for wastewater treatment capacity and water quality have been put forward, but the existing sewage treatment plants are relatively backward in intelligent degree. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the energy saving intelligence of the old sewage treatment technology. In this paper, the control system of a sewage treatment plant in Shenyang is reformed intelligently. The sewage treatment plant uses activated sludge process, the main source of sewage is municipal sewage, this plant plays an important role in the normal life of the people of Shenyang. The idea of intelligent transformation is to take PLC as the control center and transmit the relevant signals to the PLC. Then according to the specific design requirements, the relevant equipments are intelligently controlled to save human resources and meet the requirements of the effluent water quality. On the basis of the existing activated sludge process in sewage treatment plant, the intelligent transformation of the system is based on the selection of detection sensors and instruments in three different stages of sewage treatment, and the selection of the controller of the control system. The working mode of each subsystem is determined, and Siemens S7-200 series PLC is selected as the main controller to control the process automatically, and the PLC control program is programmed by STEP7-Micro/Win32 software. The simulation software of sewage treatment plant on industrial control computer is developed by using Lab VIEW graphical programming software. The overall layout diagram of sewage treatment plant and the simulation diagram of each subsystem are designed to collect and display the parameters. The controlled equipment is connected to PLC through RS485 interface, the inverter communicates with PLC through USS protocol, and the embedded process control standard (OPC) is used to realize the communication between PLC and simulation software to realize the real-time measurement and control of physical parameters by industrial control computer. The revamping contents and the sewage treatment software are discussed in this paper, and a set of simulation system of sewage treatment plant is developed for the staff, which makes the sewage treatment plant more intelligent, safe and economical. It can reduce the tedious management of daily operation, improve the automation degree of sewage treatment system, realize the first class A discharge standard, bring good economic and social benefits, and have certain application value.
