京津冀地区城市间大气污染的非线性传导及其联动网络

【摘要】:文章基于京津冀地区城市空气质量指数(AQI)日报数据,在VAR模型框架下,采用非线性格兰杰因果检验方法对城市大气污染的非线性传导关系进行识别,并借助社会网络分析方法揭示其联动网络结构特征。研究表明,京津冀地区城市间大气污染存在较为显著的非线性传导关系,且构成了复杂的联动网络。在稳健性网络中,石家庄、衡水、沧州、北京、秦皇岛、承德、邯郸处于网络核心,其他6个城市处于网络边缘。在最大可能性网络中,京津冀地区的13个城市没有呈现出明显的核心—边缘结构,大气污染联防联控要求13个城市必须步调一致。基于上述结论,文章提出了基于"污染程度—网络位置"的二维分析框架,为完善京津冀地区大气污染的联防联控机制提供了决策支持。
[Abstract]:Based on the (AQI) daily data of urban air quality index in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the nonlinear Granger causality test method is used to identify the nonlinear conduction relationship of urban air pollution under the framework of VAR model. And with the help of social network analysis method to reveal its linkage network structure characteristics. The results show that there is a significant nonlinear conduction relationship between cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and a complex linkage network is formed. In the robust network, Shijiazhuang, Hengshui, Cangzhou, Beijing, Qinhuangdao, Chengde, Handan are at the core of the network, the other six cities are on the edge of the network. In the most probable network, 13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region do not show a distinct core-edge structure, and the air pollution control requires 13 cities to be in step with each other. Based on the above conclusions, a two-dimensional analysis framework based on "degree of pollution-network location" is proposed, which provides decision support for improving the joint control mechanism of air pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
