SBR污水处理工艺自动控制系统的设计
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economy, water resources have become an important factor restricting the sustainable development of our country's economy and society. The reasons for the severe water environment situation in China mainly include three aspects: water shortage, serious water pollution and astonishing waste. Nowadays, more and more attention has been paid to the quality of life, urban water pollution control is an urgent problem. According to the need of economic development, all kinds of sewage treatment plants have been built all over the country, but in actual operation, the degree of automation is not high, and the operation effect is not good. Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) is sequential batch activated sludge process. It is also called sequencing batch activated sludge process, which is a kind of wastewater biological treatment technology. It operates in intermittent aeration mode according to time series and changes the growth environment of activated sludge. It is widely recognized and adopted in the world. Because of the unique timing characteristics of SBR sewage treatment process, it can use automatic control technology to improve its operation efficiency. At present, the computer automatic control technology of SBR wastewater treatment process is mostly automatic control of the process, which can not ensure the quality of effluent. According to the development of SBR wastewater treatment process and the analysis and research of domestic and foreign wastewater treatment process automatic control status, this paper carries out automatic control of SBR sewage treatment process. The configuration interface is set up by using Siemens configuration software Wincc, which makes the monitoring PC machine more clearly show the field situation, and realizes the information transmission between the PLC field control equipment and the control room PC machine by using PROFIBUS communication. Finally, the automatic control of the field equipment in the control room and the manual control of the equipment on the spot switch are achieved. The real-time data and historical data of the field are monitored and recorded. The configuration interface can clearly show the situation of the field. It not only makes the control of the whole system more flexible, but also ensures the reliability and accuracy of the system.
