秦岭河谷型乡镇环境污染治理的建设策略研究

【摘要】：乡镇建设如火如荼的进行过程中,由于建设水平不高,自然生态系统脆弱,乡镇的人居环境受到了严重的威胁。秦岭河谷型地区因其独特的地貌特点、气候条件以及社会经济因素,环境问题尤为突出。尽管已经出台了各种各样的关于乡镇环境保护、环境污染治理的文件、措施,但是对于处在发展阶段秦岭河谷型乡镇来讲,环境污染治理的建设策略显得极为重要。本文以秦岭为限,针对西、中、东段秦岭南北麓乡镇的基础概况进行实地调研、收集资料;对不同类型的乡镇进行整理归纳;对存在的污染问题也做以归纳和总结;总体掌握各乡镇面临的包括生活垃圾污染、建筑垃圾污染、水体污染、空气污染、噪声污染、微生物污染、农药污染等环境污染问题,对其来源、传播途径以及影响因素进行分析。以环境学、环境微生物学、环境经济学为理论基础,综合考虑乡镇的经济能力、居住环境、污染来源及种类对部分国家、地方环境标准进行对比分析。从规划、建筑设计、环境整治、使用和管理等方面提出有利于减少环境污染的用地布局模式、建筑通风和隔噪设计措施、环境整治方法以及对各类污染源的管理手段等策略,找到适宜秦岭河谷型乡镇的建设方式,最终达到减少环境污染的目标。
[Abstract]:In the process of township construction in full swing, because of the low level of construction and the fragile natural ecosystem, the human settlement environment of villages and towns has been seriously threatened. Because of its unique geomorphological features, climatic conditions and social and economic factors, the environmental problems in the valley area of the Qinling Mountains are particularly prominent. Although there have been various documents and measures on environmental protection and environmental pollution control in towns and townships, the construction strategy of environmental pollution control is extremely important to the villages and towns of Qinling River valley at the developing stage. This paper takes Qinling as the limit, carries on the field investigation to the west, the middle, the east Qinling south north foothills villages and towns' foundation survey, collects the data, carries on the collation to the different types of villages and towns, also makes the summary to the existence pollution question; The general understanding of the environmental pollution problems faced by various townships and towns, including domestic waste pollution, construction waste pollution, water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution, microbial pollution, pesticide pollution, etc., The way of transmission and the influencing factors were analyzed. Based on the theories of environmental science, environmental microbiology and environmental economics, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the environmental standards of some countries and regions by considering the economic ability, living environment, pollution source and species of villages and towns. From the aspects of planning, architectural design, environmental remediation, use and management, this paper puts forward some strategies such as land layout mode, building ventilation and noise insulation design measures, environmental remediation methods and management methods for various pollution sources, which are conducive to reducing environmental pollution. In order to reduce the environmental pollution, we found the suitable construction way of the valley town in the Qinling Mountains.
