湿式氧化法对垃圾渗滤液膜滤浓缩液中磷去除效果研究

【摘要】:采用湿式氧化技术处理垃圾渗滤液膜滤浓缩液,探讨不同反应条件(温度、pH、催化剂浓度)下的除磷效果。结果表明,随着温度及催化剂浓度的提高均能不同程度的提高滤液中P的去除率,pH对除磷效果影响不大,但偏碱性条件下其去除率还是高于酸性条件下,湿式氧化技术处理垃圾渗滤液的最佳参数为:温度控制175~200℃,pH 9,催化剂浓度20 mg/L。在此反应条件下,出水总磷及正磷酸盐含量分别为4.2,3.8 mg/L;去除率分别为82.2%,89.6%。
[Abstract]:Wet air oxidation (WFA) technology was used to treat landfill leachate membrane filtration concentrate, and the phosphorus removal efficiency under different reaction conditions (temperature, concentration of pH, catalyst) was discussed. The results showed that with the increase of temperature and catalyst concentration, the removal rate of P in filtrate could be increased to some extent, and pH had little effect on phosphorus removal, but the removal rate of phosphorus in alkaline condition was still higher than that in acidic condition.
