二次纤维造纸污水厌氧处理技术研究

【摘要】:广西某造纸厂二次纤维造纸废水CODCr为900~1010mg/L, BOD5为180~215 mg/L,总氮为2.75mg/L,总磷为0.75mg/L,色度为128倍,SS为250-350mg/L,pH为8.0-8.8,水质成分复杂,富含难降解有机污染物。本研究利用厌氧处理工艺处理该造纸废水,实验结果表明:(1)AF工艺处理该造纸废水的最佳运行条件是HRT为30h、pH为8.3、温度为35-C。当进水CODcr为975.7~984.5mg/L时,出水CODCr为540.0~559.1mg/L,平均去除率为44.1%;进水色度128倍,出水色度100倍,去除率为21.9%;对SS的去除率为92.9-94.6%。(2) UASB工艺处理该造纸废水的最佳运行条件是HRT为30h、pH为8.3、温度为35-C。当进水CODCr为975.7~984.5mg/L时,出水CODCr为405.4~452.4mg/L,平均去除率为55.2%;进水色度128倍,出水色度100倍,去除率为21.9%;对SS的去除率为91.4~93.4%。(3) EGSB工艺处理该造纸废水的最佳运行条件是HRT为30h、pH为8.3、温度为35-C、回流比为100%。当进水CODCr为947.5~984.5mg/L时,出水CODCr为312.5-346.1mg/L,平均去除率为65.3%;进水色度128倍,出水色度80倍去除率37.5%;对SS的去除率为91.6~92.996。(4)两段厌氧工艺的最佳运行条件是:第一段HRT为8h、pH为8.3;第二段HRT为30h、pH为8.3,温度为35℃,回流比为100%。当进水CODCr为940.8~982.1 mg/L时,出水CODCr为266.8~306.4mmg/L,平均去除率为70.7%;进水色度128倍,出水色度80倍,去除率37.5%;对SS的去除率为91.3%~93.9%。通过对各厌氧处理方案进行综合分析比较,两段厌氧工艺的出水CODcr能满足《造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544-2001)本色木浆的标准要求,是适合处理该造纸废水的厌氧工艺。
