活性污泥法降解三溴苯酚

【摘要】:为探究三溴苯酚(TBP)在活性污泥系统中的降解过程,采用驯化活性污泥的方法,考察了初始浓度、pH、温度、外加碳源、重金属及络合剂对活性污泥降解三溴苯酚的影响。研究表明,当三溴苯酚质量浓度为10~50 mg/L时,降解过程符合零级动力学。活性污泥对三溴苯酚的比基质吸附速率q_(bd)随pH增大而减小,且当pH为7.0~8.0时,有利于生物降解。苯酚和双酚A作为外加碳源时对三溴苯酚的降解产生抑制作用。Cu~(2+)和Ni~(2+)的存在也抑制了三溴苯酚的降解,且Ni~(2+)的抑制效应要强于Cu~(2+)。柠檬酸作为络合剂通过降低水相中游离金属离子的浓度可以减弱重金属对活性污泥的抑制作用,当Cu~(2+)与柠檬酸物质的量之比为1:4时,Cu~(2+)的抑制效应完全可以清除。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the degradation process of tribromophenol (TBP) in activated sludge system, the effects of initial concentration, pH, temperature, carbon source, heavy metal and complex agent on the degradation of tribromophenol were investigated by acclimation of activated sludge. The results showed that when the mass concentration of tribromophenol was 1050 mg/L, the degradation process was in accordance with zero order kinetics. The specific substrate adsorption rate Q _ (bd) of activated sludge for tribromophenol decreased with the increase of pH, and it was advantageous to biodegradation when pH was 7.00.0.The results showed that the adsorption rate of tribromophenol by activated sludge decreased with the increase of pH. Cu~ (2) and Ni~ (2) also inhibited the degradation of tribromophenol, and the inhibitory effect of Ni~ (2) was stronger than that of Cu~ (2). The inhibition of heavy metals on activated sludge can be weakened by reducing the concentration of free metal ions in aqueous phase by using citric acid as the complexing agent. When the ratio of Cu~ (2) to citric acid is 1:4, The inhibitory effect of Cu~ (2) can be completely eliminated.
