气能絮凝预处理合成橡胶废水工程调试及问题分析

【摘要】:介绍了某合成橡胶废水预处理工程的调试过程,表明采用气能絮凝装置去除合成橡胶废水中的聚羧酸盐和胶粒在技术上是可行的,正常运行时出水聚羧酸盐≤2 mg/L,SS≤25 mg/L。阳离子PAM的投加是气能絮凝工艺的关键,设计时应充分考虑废水易起泡、浮渣过干而难运送的现实问题。通过改变混凝剂种类和PAM加药点,可以进一步优化气能絮凝装置的处理效果。
