投加填料强化生物处理结合滤布滤池深度处理的应用研究

【摘要】:针对西安市第四污水处理厂二级生物处理出水难以稳定达到一级A标准的问题,本论文通过比选,确定其改造方案为投加悬浮填料强化生物处理工艺以及增加滤布滤池深度处理工艺,并重点研究其处理效能。通过悬浮填料强化生物处理和滤布滤池深度处理的中试试验,研究添加悬浮填料对污水处理的强化效果以及增加滤布滤池后的深度处理效果;通过将中试试验成果应用于西安市第四污水处理厂的提标改造工程,研究悬浮填料强化工艺和滤布滤池深度处理工艺的实际运行效果。悬浮填料强化生物处理和滤布滤池深度处理的中试试验表明:投加悬浮填料后可以显著增强处理单元对NH_3-N和TN的去除效果,对COD,BOD_5,SS和TP的去除效果也有一定的提高作用。当悬浮填料的填充率为30%、溶解氧浓度为3-4mg/L时试验效果最佳,对NH_3-N和TN的去除率分别可提高30%和50%。滤布滤池深度处理工艺可以显著增强处理单元对TP和SS的去除效果,当滤布滤池与辅助化学除磷相结合,并对除磷药剂类型和投量进行优化可知:当投加5mg/L的FeCl_2时效果最优,滤后水的TP和SS分别可降低30%和40%以上,对COD、BOD_5、NH_3-N和TN指标也有10-20%的去除效果。滤后水稳定达到一级A标准。将中试试验成果应用于西安市第四污水处理厂的提标改造工程,对其进行6个月的长期监测结果表明:对比与原二级生物处理后出水,滤后出水的COD平均浓度为28.8 mg/L,降低了26.4%;出水SS平均浓度为5.59 mg/L,降低了52.1%;出水NH_3-N平均浓度为2.37mg/L,降低了22.0%;出水TN平均浓度为10.3mg/L,降低了30.9%;出水TP平均浓度为0.16mg/L,降低了69.2%。改造后各项指标均稳定达到了一级A标准。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the effluent from the secondary biological treatment of the fourth wastewater treatment plant in Xi'an is difficult to meet the first class A standard, this paper passes the comparison and selection. It was determined that the modification scheme was enhanced biological treatment process with suspended filler and advanced treatment process of filter cloth filter, and its treatment efficiency was studied emphatically. Through the pilot-scale experiment of biological treatment and advanced treatment of filter cloth filter, the effect of adding suspended filler on sewage treatment and the effect of advanced treatment after adding filter cloth filter were studied. By applying the results of the pilot test to the upgrading project of the fourth sewage treatment plant in Xi'an, the practical operation effect of the suspended filler strengthening process and the filter advanced treatment process was studied. The pilot-scale experiment of biological treatment and advanced treatment of filter with suspended filler showed that the removal efficiency of NH_3-N and TN could be significantly enhanced by adding suspending filler, and the removal efficiency of COD,BOD_5, could be improved by adding suspending filler. The removal efficiency of SS and TP is also improved. When the filling ratio of suspensions is 30 and the concentration of dissolved oxygen is 3-4mg/L, the experimental results are the best. The removal rates of NH_3-N and TN can be increased by 30% and 50% respectively. The advanced treatment process of filter cloth filter can significantly enhance the removal effect of TP and SS by the treatment unit, when the filter cloth filter is combined with auxiliary chemical phosphorus removal, The optimization of the type and dosage of phosphorus remover showed that the optimal effect was obtained when FeCl_2 was added with 5mg/L, and the TP and SS of filtered water were reduced by 30% and 40% respectively. NH_3-N and TN also have 10-20% removal effect. The filtered water reaches the first A standard stably. The pilot test results were applied to the upgrading project of the fourth sewage treatment plant in Xi'an. The long-term monitoring results for 6 months showed that the average COD concentration of filtered effluent was 28.8 mg/L, compared with the original secondary biological treatment. 26.4% lower; The average concentration of effluent SS was 5.59 mg/L, the average concentration of effluent NH_3-N was 2.37 mg / L, decreased 22.0%, the average concentration of effluent TN was 10.3 mg / L, decreased 30.9mg / L; The average concentration of effluent TP was 0.16 mg / L, which decreased 69.2%. After the transformation, all the indexes are stable up to the first class A standard.
