北京市水环境承载力评价研究

【摘要】:人类活动对水环境施加压力,水环境进行自我调节,而社会根据环境调节状况做出响应,以维持水环境系统的健康稳定状态。基于上述考虑,我们构建了一个"压力—状态—响应"框架的水环境承载力评价指标体系。利用北京市2003~2013年的数据进行实际评价后发现,北京市水环境压力呈现逐渐加大的态势,水环境状态基本稳定,全社会对水环境压力的响应稳步向好。总的来看,近十年来北京市水环境承载力在快速提升后进入一个相对稳定状态。
[Abstract]:Human activities exert pressure on the water environment and self-regulate the water environment, while society responds according to the condition of the environment regulation to maintain the healthy and stable state of the water environment system. Based on the above considerations, a water environmental carrying capacity evaluation index system based on "pressure-state-response" framework is proposed. According to the data of Beijing from 2003 to 2013, it is found that the water environment pressure in Beijing is increasing gradually, the water environment condition is basically stable, and the whole society's response to the water environment pressure is steady and better. Generally speaking, the water environmental carrying capacity of Beijing has entered a relatively stable state after a rapid increase in recent ten years.
