三维电极-紫外光氧化法降解水中碱性品绿

【摘要】:在自制电化学反应器中,进行三维电极-紫外光氧化法对碱性品绿溶液色度去除的实验,分析电解质投加量、电极间距、电压、初始pH、曝气量等因素对碱性品绿脱色率的影响,并对比了紫外光氧化法、二维电极法、三维电极法、三维电极-紫外光氧化法在相同条件下对碱性品绿的去除效果。结果表明,三维电极-紫外光氧化法处理碱性品绿的优化工艺条件为:电解质Na_2SO_4投加量1 g/L,主电极极间距7 cm,电压15 V,初始p H为3,曝气体积流量13L/min。在此优化条件下,碱性品绿的脱色率达到99.44%,明显优于其他方法。三维电极-紫外光氧化法能够有效降解废水中的有机物,对碱性品绿的处理效果较好。
[Abstract]:In a self-made electrochemical reactor, the three-dimensional electrode-UV oxidation method was used to remove the chromaticity of alkaline green solution. The electrolyte dosage, electrode spacing, voltage and initial pH, were analyzed. The effects of aeration and other factors on the decolorization rate of alkaline green were compared with those of ultraviolet photooxidation, two-dimensional electrode method and three-dimensional electrode-UV oxidation under the same conditions. The results show that the optimum technological conditions for the treatment of alkaline green by three-dimensional electrode-UV oxidation are as follows: the dosage of electrolyte Na_2SO_4 is 1 g / L, the main electrode spacing is 7 cm, voltage 15 V, the initial pH is 3, Aeration volume flow rate is 13 L 路min ~ (- 1). Under the optimized conditions, the decolorization rate of alkaline green is 99.44%, which is obviously better than other methods. The three-dimensional electrode-UV oxidation can effectively degrade the organic matter in the wastewater, and the treatment effect of alkaline green is better than that of the three-dimensional electrode-UV oxidation.
