基于冲突分析图模型的海南农垦生活垃圾收运问题研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the treatment and disposal of rural domestic waste has been put on a more urgent agenda after much attention has been paid to the problem of urban domestic waste. In the process of promoting the construction of "beautiful countryside" in full swing, the problem of rural garbage treatment should not be ignored. With the overall development of international tourism island construction, the rural economy of Hainan Province has developed rapidly. Influenced by the once extensive rural economic development mode and traditional way of life, the problem of "dirty, messy and poor" in part of the rural environment in Hainan Province is prominent. In particular, the management of collection and transportation of domestic waste in rural areas is gradually highlighted, which restricts the further development of Hainan rural economy and hinders the construction of Hainan International tourist Island. Therefore, it is of great significance to probe into the conflict in the process of collection and transportation of agricultural reclamation domestic waste in Hainan Province. Firstly, this paper expounds the graph model theory and modeling method of conflict analysis, discusses the stability analysis under the equilibrium of Nash,GMR,SMR and SEQ, and optimizes the graph model in the form of matrix. The model is applied to the collection and transportation of domestic refuse in Hainan province. According to the current situation of collection and transportation of domestic refuse from agricultural reclamation in Hainan Province, the conflict decision-makers of the local authorities and the agricultural reclamation authorities and their possible seven strategies in the current situation are identified. A conflict graph model of collection and transportation of Hainan agricultural reclamation domestic waste was established based on matrix, and the stability analysis was carried out under the condition of uncertain preference. The results show that the local government plays a leading role in the conflict of land reclamation and domestic waste collection and transportation. Judging from the overall results of uncertain preference stability analysis, the solution to the conflict problem is that the local authorities and the reclamation authorities have chosen to co-operate, led by one party, to establish a suitable collection and transportation system for agricultural reclamation and domestic waste in the area.
