分离友好的Mitsunobu反应研究进展

【摘要】:Mitsunobu反应由于反应条件温和、立体选择性好,在有机合成及药物化学研究中被广泛应用.同时,由于氧化膦及肼类等副产物的影响,该反应也是有机合成化学中最难纯化的反应之一.简化分离、提高纯化效率是近年来对Mitsunobu反应改进研究的热点方向.综述了近年来各种简化分离的Mitsunobu反应,重点介绍了各种分离策略的原理、优缺点及在Mitsunobu反应中的应用.希望通过对Mitsunobu反应各种分离策略的介绍,加深读者对基于分离策略的有机合成的了解.
[Abstract]:Mitsunobu reaction is widely used in organic synthesis and pharmaceutical chemistry because of its mild reaction conditions and good stereoselectivity. At the same time, due to the influence of phosphine oxide and hydrazine, the reaction is one of the most difficult to purify in organic synthesis chemistry. Simplifying the separation and improving the purification efficiency are the hot topics in the research of Mitsunobu reaction improvement in recent years. In this paper, various simplified separation Mitsunobu reactions are reviewed, and the principles, advantages and disadvantages of these separation strategies and their applications in Mitsunobu reactions are introduced. It is hoped that through the introduction of various separation strategies of Mitsunobu reaction, readers will have a better understanding of organic synthesis based on separation strategy.
