碳酸钙空心微球的合成及其生成机理

【摘要】:以Na_2CO_3和CaCl_2为原料,采用复分解方法,以聚丙烯酸(PAA)和十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)为有机添加剂,合成出具有方解石和球霰石复合晶型的碳酸钙空心微球。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射式电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)分别对样品的形貌、结构和晶型进行了表征,通过研究反应过程中碳酸钙微球的结构和晶型随时间的变化过程,对空心微球的形成机理进行了详细的探讨;考察不同反应温度、PAA和SDS浓度对碳酸钙结晶和生长的影响。研究结果表明:反应过程中PAA和SDS会影响碳酸钙的聚集行为和形貌结构,以此提出了一种鲜有报道的碳酸钙空心微球的形成机理;并且当反应温度为80℃、PAA浓度0.5g/L、SDS浓度10mmol/L,反应1h时可获得粒径范围为4~7μm、具有方解石和球霰石复合晶型的碳酸钙空心微球。
[Abstract]:Using Na_2CO_3 and CaCl_2 as raw materials, polyacrylic acid (PAA) and sodium 12 alkyl sulfonate (CaCl_2) were used as organic additives. Calcium carbonate hollow microspheres with the composite crystal form of calcite and vaterite were synthesized by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The morphology, structure and crystal form of the sample were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The changes of the structure and crystal form of calcium carbonate microspheres with time were studied. The formation mechanism of hollow microspheres was discussed in detail. The effects of different reaction temperatures on the crystallization and growth of calcium carbonate were investigated. The results showed that the aggregation behavior and morphology of calcium carbonate were influenced by PAA and SDS during the reaction.
