化学镀银工艺对玻璃纤维性能影响研究

【摘要】:运用硅烷偶联剂KH580对玻璃纤维表面进行改性,采用化学镀的方法制得银包覆的玻璃纤维导电材料。对其工艺进行研究并利用X射线衍射(XRD)表征样品的物相结构,扫描电镜(SEM)表征微观形貌,实验结果表明巯基改性玻璃纤维镀层均匀致密。当硝酸银浓度为15g/L、葡萄糖浓度为23.8g/L、化学镀温度为50℃、化学镀时间为70min时,制得的银包覆玻璃纤维导电材料导电性能较好,电导率为9.26×105S/m。
[Abstract]:Silane coupling agent KH580 was used to modify the surface of glass fiber. Silver coated glass fiber conductive material was prepared by electroless plating. The process was studied and the phase structure of the sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to characterize the microstructure of glass fiber coating. The results showed that the coating was uniform and dense, when silver nitrate concentration was 15g / L, glucose concentration was 23.8g / L, electroless plating temperature was 50 鈩,
