氧化铝和碳化硅多孔陶瓷的抗热震性研究

【摘要】:利用等静压成型工艺制备出氧化铝和碳化硅多孔陶瓷过滤管,研究了热震温差对多孔陶瓷残余强度的影响。利用SEM和EDS对试样表面的微观结构和元素成分进行观测分析。两种陶瓷管表面气孔分布均匀,显气孔率分别达到31%和32%。热震前,氧化铝多孔陶瓷的弯曲强度为36 MPa,高于碳化硅的16 MPa。氧化铝和碳化硅的临界温差分别为461℃和409℃。相比之下,氧化铝多孔陶瓷具有较好的抗热震性,归因于热震后试样表面较少的裂纹和缺陷。
[Abstract]:Alumina and silicon carbide porous ceramic filter tubes were prepared by isostatic pressing process. The effect of thermal shock temperature difference on the residual strength of porous ceramics was studied. The microstructure and elemental composition of the surface of porous ceramics were observed and analyzed by SEM and EDS. The porosity on the surface of the two kinds of ceramic tubes was uniform, and the apparent porosity reached 31% and 32, respectively. Before the thermal shock, the porosity was 31% and 32, respectively. The bending strength of alumina porous ceramics is 36 MPA, which is higher than that of silicon carbide (16 MPA).
