新型无碱液体速凝剂性能及作用机理分析

【摘要】:为研究无碱液体速凝剂性能及促凝机理,采用无机、有机复合手段合成了一种新型无碱液体速凝剂,分析该速凝剂的凝结时间和砂浆强度等指标,以了解该速凝剂的性能特点;采用XRD、DSC/TG、MIP和水化热等分析手段,探讨该速凝剂的促凝、增强机理。结果表明,新型无碱液体速凝剂在5℃环境下存放3个月不会出现分层或结晶现象,且对水泥具有较好的适应性,满足速凝剂一等品的要求,砂浆28d强度保留率超过120%;速凝剂的掺入,促使大量钙矾石快速生成,使浆体的孔结构明显改善,浆体最可几孔径减小,1、28d总孔隙率显著降低,从而使强度提高;同时速凝剂的掺入,使浆体水化放热速率增加,放热量增大,促进了水化反应的进行,使浆体凝结时间缩短。
[Abstract]:In order to study the performance and mechanism of alkali free liquid accelerator, a new type of alkali free liquid accelerant was synthesized by inorganic and organic composite method. The setting time and mortar strength of the accelerant were analyzed to understand the characteristics of the accelerator. By means of XRDX DSC-TGN MIP and hydration heat analysis, the mechanism of accelerating coagulation and strengthening of the accelerator is discussed. The results show that the new alkali-free liquid accelerator will not be stratified or crystallized for 3 months after storage at 5 鈩,
