碳化硅多孔陶瓷膜支撑体的制备与性能研究

【摘要】:采用碳化硅为骨料,膨润土、甲基纤维素、滑石粉、活性炭等为添加剂制作多孔材料。通过电子显微镜扫描、抗弯抗压测试等技术,对材料孔隙率、通透率、抗弯抗压强度、微观形貌等进行分析。结果表明,当压制压力1.5 MPa,烧结温度1300℃,配比为膨润土5%,甲基纤维素5%,滑石粉5%,活性炭6%,所得样品孔隙率可达43.5%,纯水通量约为13.2m~3/m~2·h,抗弯强度可以保持在13 MPa左右。
