氚化水气体过滤效能实验研究

【摘要】:在通常的涉氚环境中,氚很大一部分是以氚化水气体的形式存在于场所周围的空气中,因此本论文旨在利用分子筛和利用辐照法制备的多孔高分子水凝胶对水分子的特异性吸附的特点,希望通过研究分子筛和多孔高分子水凝胶对氚化水气体的吸附性能,最终将分子筛和多孔高分子水凝胶简单且有效地应用于实际涉氚环境中。论文根据分子筛的特点,将具有特定露点、氚浓度的含氚氮气以一定的速度通过分子筛,并连续测量气体通过分子筛前后氚浓度的变化和分子筛穿透前后的质量变化,从而确定分子筛在现场实际环境中的防氚效果。实验结果表明,不含水的分子筛对氚化水的吸附效果是最优异的,在4个小时之内它对氚化水气体的过滤效率可以维持在95%以上,吸附效率高,有效使用时间长;1/3吸水的分子筛对氚化水气体的吸附效率较好,3个小时之内过滤效率保持在90%以上。综合考虑吸附效率使用的舒适性,1/3吸水的分子筛是现场实际环境的最佳个体氚防护方案。同时,论文将碳纳米管加入丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸和水的混合溶液中,通过Co 60源的照射,得到了碳纳米管接枝的高分子水凝胶。通过仪器检测表征可知,该高分子水凝胶具有多孔结构。高分子水凝胶的吸水率随着丙烯酰胺用量的增加而增大;高分子水凝胶的吸水率会随着丙烯酸用量的增加而降低;在碳纳米管分散溶液体积为5ml之前,高分子水凝胶的吸水率随着碳纳米管分散溶液体积的增加而降低;在碳纳米管分散溶液体积达到5ml之后,高分子水凝胶的吸水率基本保持不变;高分子水凝胶的吸水率会随着剂量的增加而不断降低。
[Abstract]:In the usual tritiated environment, much of the tritium is present in the air around the site in the form of tritiated water gas. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to make use of the characteristics of molecular sieves and porous polymer hydrogels prepared by irradiation method to adsorb water molecules, and hope to study the adsorption properties of molecular sieve and porous polymer hydrogels for tritiated water gases by means of molecular sieve and porous polymer hydrogels. Finally, the molecular sieve and porous polymer hydrogels are simply and effectively applied to the tritium environment. According to the characteristics of the molecular sieve, the tritiated nitrogen with specific dew point and tritium concentration will pass through the molecular sieve at a certain speed. The tritium concentration changes before and after the gas passing through the molecular sieve and the mass change before and after the molecular sieve penetration are continuously measured to determine the tritium prevention effect of the molecular sieve in the field environment. The adsorption efficiency of non-aqueous molecular sieve on tritiated water is the best. In 4 hours, the filtration efficiency of tritiated water gas can be maintained at more than 95%, and the adsorption efficiency is high. The adsorption efficiency of tritiated water gas was better when the molecular sieve absorbed water for a long time, and the filtration efficiency remained above 90% within 3 hours. The comfortableness / 3 / 3 water absorption of the zeolite considering the adsorption efficiency was the actual situation in the field. The best individual tritium protection scheme for the environment. At the same time, In this paper, carbon nanotubes were added into the mixed solution of acrylamide, acrylic acid and water, and the polymer hydrogels grafted with carbon nanotubes were obtained by the irradiation of Co 60 source. The water absorption of the polymer hydrogel increases with the increase of the amount of acrylamide, and decreases with the increase of the amount of acrylic acid. When the volume of carbon nanotube dispersion solution is 5ml, the water absorption of polymer hydrogel decreases with the increase of carbon nanotube dispersion solution volume, and when the carbon nanotube dispersion solution volume reaches 5ml, the water absorption of polymer hydrogel decreases with the increase of carbon nanotube dispersion solution volume. The water absorbency of polymer hydrogels remains basically unchanged, and the water absorption of polymer hydrogels decreases with the increase of dosage.
