钢纤维高强混凝土配合比的设计方式研究

【摘要】:研究目的在于优化设计钢纤维高强混凝土配合比。研究中为了得到钢纤高强维混凝土最优配合比,采用探索试验研究分析钢纤维高强混凝土配合比,通过正交试验方法,研究分析钢纤维高强混凝土设计中原材料配合比相关问题,通过在钢纤维混凝土材料中掺入不同体积率钢纤维得到了符合设计和施工要求的最优高强钢纤维混凝土配合比。结果表明,在钢纤维高强混凝土设计中,混凝土原材料中的高效减水剂添加量、水胶比、钢纤维将会对提升钢纤维高强混凝土的抗压强度产生显著影响,优化设计混凝土配合比,对于提升钢纤维高强混凝土强度,发挥积极影响。结论证实,可以将研究成果可应用于超高强混凝土配合比设计及影响因素研究分析。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to optimize the mix ratio of steel fiber high strength concrete. In order to obtain the optimum mix ratio of steel fiber high strength concrete, the optimum mix ratio of steel fiber high strength concrete is analyzed by exploring test, and the orthogonal test method is adopted. In the design of steel fiber high strength concrete (SFHSC), the problems related to the mix ratio of raw materials are studied and analyzed. The optimum mix ratio of high strength steel fiber concrete is obtained by mixing steel fiber with different volume ratio in steel fiber concrete material. The results show that in the design of steel fiber high strength concrete, the optimum mix ratio of high strength steel fiber concrete is obtained according to the design and construction requirements. The addition of high efficiency water-reducing agent, water-binder ratio and steel fiber in the raw materials of concrete will have significant influence on the compressive strength of steel fiber high strength concrete. The optimum design of concrete mix ratio can enhance the strength of steel fiber high strength concrete. It is proved that the research results can be applied to the mix design of ultra-high strength concrete and the analysis of influencing factors.
