矩形—梯形导向浮阀塔板流体力学性能的实验研究及数值模拟

【摘要】:本文以矩形-梯形组合导向浮阀塔板为研究对象,考察其流体力学性质。在750mm中试规模的塔设备中以空气—水为媒介进行冷模实验,研究不同操作条件下矩形-梯形导向塔板的流体力学性能,并以实验为依据,建立适合矩形-梯形组合导向浮阀塔板的气液动量交换源项,进而对该组合塔板的流场进行CFD仿真模拟。对单相流—气相通过矩形-梯形组合塔板的流场进行模拟研究,通过研究气相流场的矢量图、相图具体分析该组合塔板对气相流动产生的作用,为气液两相流的研究提供基础。为分析矩形-梯形组合塔板上气液两相的流动分布,建立双流体三维模型,并运用本文所建立的气液动量传递源项模型,对气液两相的流动进行研究。通过将模拟结果与实验进行对比检验所建CFD模型的正确性,并具体地分析了该组合塔板上复杂的三维流动状况。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the hydrodynamic properties of rectangular trapezoidal combined guide valve tray were investigated. The cold model experiment was carried out in a 750mm pilot-scale tower equipment with air-water as the medium. The hydrodynamic properties of rectangular trapezoidal guide tray under different operating conditions were studied. Based on the experiments, the gas-liquid momentum exchange source term suitable for rectangular trapezoidal guide valve tray was established. Then the flow field of the combined tray is simulated by CFD. The flow field of the single-phase flow-gas phase passing through the rectangular trapezoidal composite tray is simulated and the vector diagram of the gas-phase flow field is studied. The effect of the combined tray on gas phase flow is analyzed in detail, which provides a basis for the study of gas-liquid two-phase flow, and establishes a three-dimensional model of two-fluid for analyzing the gas-liquid two-phase flow distribution on the rectangular trapezoidal tray. The gas-liquid two-phase flow is studied by using the gas-liquid momentum transfer source term model established in this paper. The correctness of the established CFD model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the experimental results. The complicated three-dimensional flow on the tray is analyzed in detail.
