钢纤维活性粉末混凝土流动性影响因素研究

【摘要】:通过测试不同配合比钢纤维活性粉末混凝土浆体的坍落扩展度,研究微硅粉、矿渣粉以及钢纤维掺量对浆体流动性的影响。试验结果表明:钢纤维活性粉末混凝土的浆体坍落扩展度随着微硅粉掺量的增加而降低,当微硅粉掺量低于6%时,其影响不明显;其坍落扩展度随着矿渣粉掺量的增加而增大,矿渣粉掺量为15%时坍落扩展度较未掺矿渣粉的RPC浆体提高9.2%;当钢纤维掺量为2.5%时,浆体的流动度达到理想状态。
[Abstract]:By testing the collapsing and spreading degree of steel fiber reactive powder concrete paste with different mix ratio, the microsilica powder was studied. The effect of slag powder and steel fiber content on slurry fluidity. The experimental results show that the slurry collapse propagation degree of steel fiber reactive powder concrete decreases with the increase of the content of micro-silica powder, but the effect is not obvious when the content of micro-silica powder is lower than 6. With the increase of slag powder content, the collapse expansion degree of RPC slurry increases by 9.2, and when the slag powder content is 15, the fluidity of slurry reaches the ideal state when the content of steel fiber is 2.5.
