压电智能骨料的灵敏度标定试验

【摘要】:为研究压电智能骨料监测结构内部应力的可行性,通过力锤直接敲击智能骨料和电液伺服试验机加载嵌入智能骨料的钢管石英砂柱两种模式进行,分析压电智能骨料的输出电压值与作用在其上的应力值,标定压电智能骨料的灵敏度。试验结果表明:在两种加载模式下压电智能骨料输出电压值与外力值具有较好的线性关系,且其标定值都与理论值吻合较好。在往复荷载加载模式下埋置在钢管石英砂柱中的智能骨料所受围压作用对其灵敏度影响较小,智能骨料灵敏度不会随钢管长细比及加载力改变而改变。验证了压电智能骨料对结果应力监测的可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the feasibility of monitoring the internal stress of the structure with piezoelectric intelligent aggregate, two modes of loading the steel tube quartz sand column embedded in intelligent aggregate by force hammer and electro-hydraulic servo testing machine were carried out. The output voltage of piezoelectric intelligent aggregate and the stress value acting on it are analyzed. The sensitivity of piezoelectric intelligent aggregate is calibrated. The experimental results show that there is a good linear relationship between the output voltage and external force of piezoelectric intelligent aggregate under two loading modes. The calibration values are in good agreement with the theoretical values. The confining pressure of the intelligent aggregate buried in the steel tube quartz sand column under the reciprocating loading mode has little effect on its sensitivity. The sensitivity of intelligent aggregate does not change with the change of the aspect ratio of steel tube and the loading force, which verifies the feasibility of monitoring the stress of the result by piezoelectric intelligent aggregate.
