碳纳米管阴极薄膜的制备及其场发射性能研究

【摘要】:碳纳米管自被发现以来,由于其具有特殊的构造、优秀的各项性能以及潜力巨大的应用前景而引发科技界的广泛关注,被誉为新世纪材料革命的引发剂。碳纳米管由于其自身有着纳米级别的尖端以及极高的纵横比等优异特点,使得其在作为场发射阴极制作材料之中拥有十分巨大的优势,是一种潜力巨大的场发射阴极材料。本文首先介绍了碳纳米管场发射阴极国内外的研究现状,接着详细介绍了碳纳米管,包括碳纳米管的分类、性能、制备以及应用,并就场发射理论作了详细深入的研究,还对碳纳米管场发射器件以及场发射器件的应用作了深入的介绍。然后,本文通过使用丝网印刷法以及旋转涂覆法制备出了碳纳米管阴极薄膜,对浆料的配比以及制作工艺等进行了研究,并对制备的碳纳米管薄膜进行了场发射性能测试。最后,通过使用热处理以及毛刷法综合后期处理方法对碳纳米管薄膜进行处理,来提高其场发射性能。根据场发射性能测试以及扫描电子显微镜分析,得出以下研究结果:1、采用丝网印刷法得到的碳纳米管阴极薄膜,通过对其进行场发射性能测试,发现其开启电压为2.22 V/μm,当电场强度为4.44 V/μm时,场发射电流密度为300μA/cm~2。2、相同浆料配比条件下,采用旋转涂覆法制备出的碳纳米管阴极薄膜,测试后发现其场发射性能有了明显的改善。开启电压由2.22 V/μm降为1.90V/μm,在4.4 V/μm的电场强度下,电流密度从300μA/cm~2上升为450μA/cm~2。3、采用旋转涂覆法制备碳纳米管薄膜,并对碳纳米管薄膜进行热处理以及毛刷法处理,结果显示,经过后处理的碳纳米管阴极薄膜电流密度在相同的条件下(4.4V/μm)从450μA/cm~2上升至1000μA/cm~2,并且在场发射测试中的发光亮度与密度均有了极大的提升。
[Abstract]:Since its discovery, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have attracted wide attention in science and technology because of their special structure, excellent properties and potential applications. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are regarded as the initiators of material revolution in the new century. Because of their excellent characteristics of nano-level tip and extremely high aspect ratio, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have great advantages in fabricating materials as field emission cathodes. Carbon nanotube field emission cathode is a potential field emission cathode material. In this paper, the research status of carbon nanotube field emission cathode at home and abroad is introduced, and then the classification, properties, preparation and application of carbon nanotubes are introduced in detail. The field emission theory is studied in detail, and the applications of carbon nanotube field emission devices and field emission devices are also introduced. In this paper, carbon nanotube cathode films were prepared by screen printing and rotating coating. The slurry ratio and fabrication process were studied, and the field emission properties of the prepared carbon nanotube films were tested. The field emission properties of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) films are improved by means of heat treatment and comprehensive post-treatment with brush method, according to the field emission test and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis. The following results were obtained: 1. The cathode film of carbon nanotube was obtained by screen printing method. The field emission performance of the film was tested. It was found that the opening voltage was 2.22 V / 渭 m, and the electric field intensity was 4.44 V / 渭 m. The cathode film of carbon nanotube was prepared by rotating coating method under the same slurry ratio and the field emission current density was 300 渭 A / cm ~ (-2). It is found that the field emission performance of the film has been improved obviously, the on-off voltage has been reduced from 2.22V / 渭 m to 1.90V/ 渭 m, and the current density has been increased from 300 渭 A/cm~2 to 450 渭 A / cm ~ (2. 3) at the electric field intensity of 4.4 V / 渭 m. The carbon nanotube thin films have been prepared by rotating coating method. The carbon nanotube film was treated by heat treatment and brush method. The results showed that, The current density of the post-treated carbon nanotube cathode film increased from 450 渭 A/cm~2 to 1000 渭 A / cm ~ (2) under the same conditions, and the luminance and density in the field emission test were greatly improved.
