改性轻骨料混凝土基本力学性能试验研究

【摘要】:轻骨料混凝土以其轻质、高性能,利于环境保护的特点在工程中有着广泛的应用前景,符合现代可持续发展的要求。为改善轻骨料混凝土的脆性问题,提高其变形性能,采用10%~30%浓度的聚合物乳液浸泡轻骨料的方式,配制出不同聚合乳液掺量(10%、15%、20%、25%、30%)的改性轻骨料混凝土,并对其进行了立方体强度抗压试验、弹性模量试验、劈裂抗拉强度试验、轴心抗压强度试验。相对于轻骨料混凝土,聚合乳液掺量为10%~30%的改性轻骨料混凝土的立方体抗压强度下降了3.75%~16.38%,弹性模量下降了9.34%~15.21%,轴心抗压强度下降了5.16%~27.68%,但聚合乳液掺量为10%~30%的改性轻骨料混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度提高了1.31%~24.89%;根据试验破坏特征可得,改性轻骨料混凝土的变形能力、脆性问题较轻骨料混凝土有所改善。
