NST在耐腐蚀混凝土中的研究及应用

【摘要】:采用优化配合比,添加防腐阻锈剂等综合技术措施,研究提高混凝土耐腐蚀性能的途径,结果表明,采用Ⅰ级粉煤灰+S95级矿渣粉的双掺技术,可提高混凝土耐腐蚀性;添加NST防腐阻锈剂后,混凝土含气量保持在4%~6%,抗冻融能力得到改善,混凝土抗氯离子渗透能力提高25%,抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力提高20%。
[Abstract]:The ways to improve the corrosion resistance of concrete were studied by optimizing the mix ratio and adding the anticorrosive and rust inhibitor. The results show that the corrosion resistance of concrete can be improved by using the double mixing technology of grade I fly ash S95 slag powder.With the addition of NST anticorrosive and rust inhibitor, the air content of concrete is kept at 4% and 6%, the freeze-thaw resistance is improved, the permeability of concrete against chloride ion is increased by 25%, and the resistance to sulfate erosion is increased by 20%.
