表面活性剂辅助制备电石渣陶瓷砖工艺及其性能

【摘要】:为综合利用电石渣以及有效降低其对环境的污染提供重要参考。采用电石渣、十二烷基硫酸钠及高岭土为主要原料制备陶瓷砖,并探讨电石渣用量、十二烷基硫酸钠用量和烧结温度对陶瓷砖结构、抗压强度及吸水率的影响。结果表明,采用电石渣-SDS制备陶瓷砖的最佳工艺条件为:电石渣用量为13.2%,十二烷基硫酸钠用量为1.8%,烧结温度为1100℃。在此工艺条件下,陶瓷砖的矿物相主要是鳞石英、钙长石和方石英,其抗压强度为61 MPa,吸水率为12.1%,符合陶瓷砖国家标准。
[Abstract]:It provides an important reference for the comprehensive utilization of calcium carbide slag and the effective reduction of its pollution to the environment.Ceramic tiles were prepared from calcium carbide slag, sodium dodecyl sulfate and kaolin. The effects of calcium carbide slag, sodium dodecyl sulfate and sintering temperature on the structure, compressive strength and water absorption of ceramic tiles were investigated.The results show that the optimum technological conditions for the preparation of ceramic tiles with calcium carbide slag are as follows: the amount of calcium carbide slag is 13.2, the amount of sodium dodecyl sulfate is 1.8, and the sintering temperature is 1100 鈩,
