基于ZigBee和TDC-GP2的分布式密度检测系统设计

【摘要】:针对化工企业强腐性液体原材料小口径、低流速多管道输送系统对高精度密度检测的需求,提出一种结合无线网络的超声波时差法密度测量方法。系统采用CC2530芯片为控制核心,组成ZigBee无线网络,终端利用高精度时差测量芯片TDC-GP2实现传输时差的准确测量,网关设备接收终端测量数据,并上传给工控机平台。测试表明:系统可以实现液体密度多通道长时间的连续稳定高精度测量,误差小于0.5%。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the demand of high precision density measurement in chemical industry, a method of ultrasonic time difference density measurement combined with wireless network is proposed for the small diameter, low velocity and multi-pipeline transportation system of strong rot liquid in chemical enterprises.The system uses CC2530 chip as the control core and constitutes ZigBee wireless network. The terminal uses high-precision TDC-GP2 to realize the accurate measurement of transmission time difference. The gateway equipment receives the terminal measurement data and uploads it to the industrial computer platform.The test results show that the system can realize the continuous stable and high precision measurement of liquid density multi-channel for a long time, and the error is less than 0.5.
