钢纤维纳米混凝土粘结强度影响因素研究

【摘要】:采用Losberg粘结试验和中心粘结试验,研究基体混凝土强度、纳米SiO_2掺量、钢纤维体积掺量对钢纤维纳米混凝土粘结强度的影响,并获得粘结应力-滑移曲线。结果表明:钢纤维纳米混凝土的粘结强度随着基体混凝土强度和钢纤维掺量的增大而提高;纳米Si O2掺量在0.5%~1.0%区间对钢纤维纳米混凝土的初始强度和极限强度增加作用明显。
[Abstract]:The effect of the strength of matrix concrete, the content of nano SiO_2 and the volume content of steel fiber on the bond strength of steel fiber nano-concrete was studied by Losberg bond test and central bond test, and the bond stress-slip curve was obtained.The results show that the bond strength of steel fiber nano-concrete increases with the increase of the strength of the matrix concrete and the content of steel fiber, and the initial strength and ultimate strength of steel fiber nano-concrete increase obviously in the range of 0.5% and 1.0% of nano-SiO _ 2 content.
