粉煤灰制备耐火材料最佳烧结温度的探究

【摘要】:以云南省安宁市燃煤发电厂的粉煤灰为主要原材料,辅以生活污水处理厂的活性污泥和工业氧化铝,对粉煤灰应用于耐火行业的可行性进行了理论分析,并通过XRD、SEM等手段进行验证,在使其各项性能基本达标的基础上,探索了粉煤灰耐火砖烧结的最佳温度范围,得到的结果主要有:粉煤灰的掺入量在68%左右,烧结温度为1300℃时试样气孔率、吸水率,耐压强度、抗折强度等性能参数达标。XRD结果显示,1100~1300℃范围内,随着温度的升高,莫来石波峰逐渐增多,峰值强度逐渐增强。SEM观察发现,在1100~1300℃范围内,随着温度的变化莫来石结构逐渐由针状变柱状,1300℃时莫来石结构更加紧密,1400℃时,莫来石结构松散,柱状莫来石结构变少。
[Abstract]:Using fly ash from coal fired power plant in Anning City, Yunnan Province as the main raw material, and with activated sludge and industrial alumina from domestic sewage treatment plant, the feasibility of the application of fly ash in refractory industry is theoretically analyzed.By means of XRDX SEM and other means, the optimum sintering temperature range of fly ash refractory brick was explored on the basis of making its properties basically up to standard.
