金属-玻璃封接外壳盐雾考核失效分析与解决

【摘要】:采用EDAX、SEM及FISCHER镀层测试仪等测试手段,对某型号金属-玻璃封接外壳电镀镍、金后盐雾摸底实验时的考核失效进行了分析,发现镀层厚度尤其是镀镍层的厚度对此类外壳盐雾实验结果影响较大。当镀镍层厚度大于3.5μm且镀金层厚度大于1.9μm时,此类外壳可以通过GJB548B-2005方法1009实验条件B的盐雾考核。此外,采用直流电源进行电镀获得的镀层均匀性较差,且厚度越厚,均匀性越差(不同区域的厚度差近三倍),通过引入正反脉冲电源可以有效提升镀层均匀性。
[Abstract]:By means of EDAX SEM and FISCHER coating tester, the test failure of a certain type of metal-glass sealing shell for electroplating nickel and salt spray after gold was analyzed.It is found that the thickness of the coating, especially the thickness of the nickel coating, has a great influence on the salt spray test results of this kind of shell.When the thickness of nickel coating is more than 3.5 渭 m and the thickness of gold coating is more than 1.9 渭 m, the shell can be tested by salt spray of GJB548B-2005 method 1009.In addition, the uniformity of electroplating obtained by DC power supply is poor, and the thickness is thicker, the uniformity is worse (the thickness difference of different regions is nearly three times), the uniformity of coating can be effectively enhanced by introducing positive and negative pulse power supply.
