热等离子体温度诊断方法研究进展

【摘要】:热等离子体温度的实时诊断是一项极具挑战性的综合性技术,它在理解热等离子体化学反应过程,验证模拟结果方面有着重要的参考价值。根据目前常用的热等离子体温度诊断方式,按接触式和非接触式进行了分类和介绍,综述了各诊断方式的工作原理、适用范围及发展方向,重点介绍了发射光谱法在热等离子体温度诊断中的应用,并指出热等离子体的实时在线分析将会是其未来发展的主要方向。
[Abstract]:The real-time diagnosis of thermal plasma temperature is a challenging and comprehensive technique. It has important reference value in understanding the chemical reaction process of thermal plasma and verifying the simulation results.According to the commonly used diagnostic methods of thermal plasma temperature, this paper classifies and introduces them according to contact and non-contact types, and summarizes the working principle, applicable scope and development direction of each diagnostic method.In this paper, the application of emission spectrometry in the diagnosis of thermal plasma temperature is introduced, and it is pointed out that the real time on-line analysis of thermal plasma will be the main direction of its development in the future.
